Agent cost estimator
Pick a plan from the verified list, and the tool shows the monthly cost from the provider's published price. This tool runs entirely in your browser.
Flat subscriptions do not change with the hours you type in — hours only change the note underneath. The range comes from the next published tier up, for heavy use, not from guessing your token use.
What is not in the number
- Tax. Cursor's pricing page says prices exclude tax; Anthropic's page says prices shown do not include applicable tax.
- Cursor third-party models (Claude, GPT, Gemini) on Premium and above: Cursor's pricing page says these are billed separately at API list price, from prepaid credit — they are not in the monthly figure above.
- ChatGPT API use, which OpenAI's Help Center says is billed separately from a Plus subscription.
- Claude usage credits bought on top of a plan when limits are hit — Anthropic's pricing FAQ mentions them, but no credit price is estimated here.
Verification
Checked 2026-10-23: this tool's logic was run with sample inputs, and its product facts were checked against the provider docs listed below.
Price sources, all fetched 2026-10-23:
- ChatGPT Plus $20/month: help.openai.com — What is ChatGPT Plus (“$20/month, billed monthly”; no annual plan for Plus).
- ChatGPT Pro 100 $100, Pro 200 $200, Pro 500 $500, monthly: help.openai.com — About ChatGPT Pro tiers (“Pro is billed monthly. Annual billing … not available”).
- ChatGPT Free $0: chatgpt.com/pricing lists a Free plan for trying ChatGPT.
- Claude Pro $20/month monthly, $200 billed up front annually, Max from $100/month, Claude Code in all paid plans: claude.com/pricing.
- Cursor Free $0, Plus $8/month ($80/year), Premium $30/month ($300/year), Super $100/month ($1,000/year), Ultra $200/month ($2,000/year), Teams from $30/seat/month: cursor.com/pricing and cursor.com/help/account-and-billing/pricing.
Omitted, with reason: ChatGPT Go — its price was not shown on a provider page fetched this run (the pricing page extraction showed the plan name without a price, and no OpenAI Help Center Go price page was fetched), so it is left out rather than estimated. Claude Max 20x as a separate price — the provider page fetched shows Max “from $100/month” with a 5x or 20x choice, but the extracted page did not show a separate 20x price, so the tool shows Max as “from $100/month” and says the higher tier costs more, without naming a figure. Legacy Cursor plans (Pro $20, Pro+ $60, Teams $40) — Cursor's own help page says they are not available to new customers, so they are left out. Cursor Teams/Enterprise — per-seat pricing depends on seat tier mix, so no single monthly figure is estimated here.
Limits: this is a subscription-price estimate, not a usage forecast. Providers state prices are subject to change; check the pricing page before paying.
